How is arbitration different from court?
The parties choose the arbitrators, language and seat; the process is confidential and the award is final, with no appeal on the merits.
Can I attend hearings online?
Yes. Hearings are held online, in person or in a hybrid format — every participant receives the conference link automatically.
How are the fees calculated?
From the published schedules: amount in dispute, procedure, number of arbitrators and additional services. Use the calculator.
Do I need an arbitration clause in my contract?
Yes — a case proceeds on the basis of the parties’ arbitration agreement: a clause in the contract or a separate agreement.
How are documents signed?
Procedural documents and awards are signed with a qualified electronic signature, including E-IMZO.
Which languages can the proceedings be in?
Russian, English and Uzbek — set by the parties’ agreement or by the tribunal.
