    Request

    The claimant files online and pays the registration fee.

    Tribunal

    Parties nominate arbitrators from the registry; the Center confirms the appointments.

  3. III

    Proceedings

    Written submissions and evidence, applications and online hearings.

  4. IV

    Award

    The tribunal renders a reasoned award and signs it electronically.

  5. V

    Enforcement

    The award is final and binding on the parties and can be enforced.

What to prepare

  • The arbitration agreement or a contract with an arbitration clause
  • Details of the parties and their counsel
  • The subject matter and amount of the claims
  • Supporting documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, images)
