SmartArb is an independent arbitral institution built for fast, neutral and modern resolution of commercial disputes.
Independence
The Center administers proceedings but does not decide disputes itself: awards are rendered by independent arbitrators who disclose any circumstances that may give rise to doubts about their impartiality.
Digital process
Requests, documents, correspondence, hearings and award signing all happen online. Every action is recorded in the case log.
International standards
The Center’s rules follow recognized international practice, and awards are prepared with subsequent enforcement in mind.
Confidentiality
Only case participants can access the file. Data is stored on the Center’s infrastructure in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Supervisory Board sets the Center’s strategy; the Secretariat administers the cases.
