Arbitration clause

All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with this contract, including its conclusion, performance, breach, termination or invalidity, shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the SmartArb International Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be [one / three]. The seat of arbitration shall be Tashkent. The language of the proceedings shall be [English / Russian / Uzbek].

Mediation clause

Before resorting to arbitration or court proceedings, the parties shall seek to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract by mediation administered by the SmartArb International Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution in accordance with its Mediation Rules.

Multi-tier clause

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall first be referred to mediation at the SmartArb International Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution. If the dispute is not settled within [60] days of the request for mediation, it shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Center in accordance with its Arbitration Rules.
